Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu: Easy 10-Minute Dessert

  • Author: Olivia
  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A quick, no-bake pumpkin spice tiramisu made with mascarpone cream and ladyfingers. This dessert skips the traditional coffee soak for a lighter, autumnal treat that comes together in just 10 minutes of active prep time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz (450g) mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, cold
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 15 oz (425g) can 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 box (24-30 pieces) ladyfingers (Savoiardi)
  • Whipped cream topping (optional, for garnish)
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Ensure mascarpone is at room temperature and heavy cream is ice cold.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Mix on low speed until smooth.
  4. Fold one-third of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture to lighten it.
  5. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until no white streaks remain. Do not over-mix.
  6. Place a single layer of ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish or trifle bowl.
  7. Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  8. Add a second layer of ladyfingers on top.
  9. Spread the remaining cream over the second layer and smooth the top.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  11. Garnish with cinnamon, whipped cream, and dark chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Do not use pumpkin pie filling; use 100% pure pumpkin puree. Mascarpone must be at room temperature to avoid lumps. Heavy cream must be cold to whip properly. This dessert tastes better the next day as flavors meld. It does not freeze well due to dairy separation.
