Description
A refreshing, batch-friendly frozen strawberry daiquiri mocktail made with frozen fruit and fresh lime juice. This vibrant, alcohol-free drink is perfect for summer parties and requires no ice to maintain flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 2 cups strawberry juice (100% pure)
- ½ cup fresh lime juice (squeezed from 4–5 limes)
- ¼ to ½ cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lime wheels (for garnish)
- Extra frozen strawberries (for garnish)
- Coarse sugar or pink salt (for rimming glasses)
Instructions
- Prepare glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping into coarse sugar or salt mixture. Set aside.
- Add frozen strawberries, strawberry juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and thick.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more syrup or tartness with more lime juice as needed.
- Pour immediately into prepared glasses.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel, or extra frozen strawberry and serve right away.
Notes
Use unsweetened frozen strawberries for best texture. Fresh lime juice is essential for flavor; avoid bottled juice. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of juice. If too thin, add more frozen fruit or freeze for 15 minutes. Can be stored in the fridge for 2 days or frozen for 1 month.
